From the very beginning, our goal has been to bring the rich flavors of Thailand’s countryside to dinner tables both near and far. Chachoengsao’s location places us at a crossroads of Thailand’s fertile farming regions—allowing us to source high-quality ingredients such as mustard greens from the north and tender bamboo shoots from the west. These ingredients are carefully prepared and preserved under our proudly held “Lotus” brand, which stands as a symbol of our family’s dedication to authenticity, quality, and natural methods passed down through generations.
